Tamia L. Goodman is a Faith-driven Atlanta-based strategist, connector, and civic leader whose work sits at the intersection of people, ideas, industries, and momentum. A Princeton University economics graduate, she has spent her career leading in strategy, philanthropy, partnerships, and community-centered initiatives across education, health and wellness, youth development, public policy, and place-based organizations.

Today, as Associate Director of Engage Programs at the Atlanta Beltline Partnership, Tamia helps shape strategic operations, programs, and partnerships that connect Atlantans to public space, health, economic opportunity, and one another. Her earlier work in philanthropy included mobilizing and stewarding significant investments in education and social impact, reinforcing her belief that resources are most powerful when paired with strong vision and community leadership.

A former theater director and lifelong learner and mentor, Tamia brings a deeply interdisciplinary perspective to placemaking. She serves on the board of CNU Atlanta and continues to study design, horticulture, landscape, and sustainable development, driven by a commitment to create places where people can learn, belong, build, and thrive together.
