Madelyn Damon was born in Merriam, Kansas, and spent her early childhood in Overland Park before moving to Windermere, Florida. In 2008, she moved to Lake County, Florida, which she has called home ever since.

Madelyn attended the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a specialization in Sport Management. She later attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where she earned her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law and her Master of Business Administration from the Brock School of Business.

Madelyn currently practices law in Florida, focusing on real estate, land use, and business matters. Her practice has an emphasis on real estate development, particularly zoning, land use, and the entitlement process, as well as real estate transactions. She also advises on a variety of general business matters, including entity formation and business transactions, and serves in a general counsel capacity for certain closely held business clients.

Outside of her professional life, Madelyn enjoys reading, traveling, listening to music, watching movies and sports games, and spending time with family and friends.
