Guided by a core belief that quality design should be available to all, John J. Clark, AIA, NCARB has a community-centered body of work in architecture and real estate development. A native of Albuquerque, NM, Clark relocated to Fort Lauderdale, FL as part of the Enterprise Rose Fellowship. In this work, he focused on the development of transit-oriented affordable housing projects in Miami-Dade and Broward counties with the South Florida Community Land Trust.

In 2023, Clark launched Realm Architecture and Development to continue serving non-profit, public and private clients with architectural, project management and development consulting services. His experience and leadership have been recognized locally and nationally, including as recipient of the 2022 AIA National Young Architects Award. In addition to his practice, stant Professor of Practice, and Director of the Institute for Design and Construction at the Florida Atlantic University School of Architecture.
