Gian Penaredondo
Timeless Design Works, LLC
Over the past nine years, Gian has contributed to schematic design, planning, and visualizations/fly-throughs for a full range of residential, commercial, and civic projects. After graduating with high honors from Andrews University School of Architecture and Interior Design in 2016, Gian began his career eager to work on master-planned projects, deepen his knowledge of design and construction, and pursue his architectural license. He was given the opportunity to work in Beachtown, a DPZ master-planned traditional neighborhood development on the Texas coast, where he was introduced to Steve Mouzon (author of The Original Green), who serves as the Town Architect and mentored him to eventually become the Lead Designer.
After obtaining his license, Gian was invited to apprentice with the Urban Guild. During this time, he helped develop the Timeless Design Works framework for designing lovable buildings—including the Matrix design tool and the 20/60/20 systems, which provide a methodical approach to generating designs that is not only timeless, but also innovative and varied. This work led to several master-planned projects, including Belle Vie, a lakefront community at Bois d’Arc Lake, Texas, and a master-planned community for Mississippi College. He later co-founded Timeless Design Works, LLC. He is currently licensed to practice in Texas and Alabama.
