Based in Charleston, South Carolina, he brings nearly a decade of experience managing projects from early feasibility analysis and municipal approvals through construction. He specializes in navigating complex land use regulations and transforming them into code-compliant, buildable solutions.

Chandru holds a Master of Science in Urban Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Anna University in Chennai, India.
